A sagra is a traditional Italian food festival celebrating local agricultural products, seafood, or wine. These festivals are the heart of Sardinian village life during the summer. Visitors are treated to long tables set up in the central squares, where local volunteers serve hand-prepared regional delicacies at very low prices.
